The coil dropping material consists of the rear material warehouse , wire guide device , wire holding device and wire dropping device .After the wire is put into the rear material warehouse , the guide wire holding device will grasp the small material warehouse placed in the wire device . There is a detection switch to detect whether the wire exists . When the detection switch detects that there is no wire , the guide wire device starts to work and grab the wire to the position of the wire holding device ; When the automatic operation starts , when the falling wire through the position of the wire template , the cylinder work , the wire to the V groove template , when the wire falls , the wire device two detection switch , to the wire operation signal , the wire device is driven by the servo motor , send the wire of the small material warehouse to the wire device , the stop of the wire detection stop switch .When the template runs to the next V slot , make the next drop .The device consists of the inner and outer plates , which changes the size of the inner and outer plates to accommodate a single wire and not two wires at the same time .adapted it to different wire diameter requirements .
